Not happy with your Kalvoria order? We'll refund you, and you don't need to send anything back.

How to request a refund

Email hi@getkalvoria.com within 60 days of delivery. Include your order number and a short note on why. You keep the product.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Email us within 60 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refund timing

We process approved refunds within 5 working days, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3–5 working days to show the funds.

Limits

- One goodwill refund per customer (this doesn't apply to damaged, faulty or incorrect items)
- Gift cards are non-refundable

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
