These terms apply when you use getkalvoria.com or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Using our site
Please use our site lawfully and don't try to disrupt it, copy it or access it in ways it isn't meant to be used. Everything on the site, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or is used with permission, and can't be reused without our written consent.
Products and prices
- We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours on screen can vary slightly from the real thing.
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
- If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before sending your order and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
- Offers and discounts apply only as described and can't be combined unless we say so.
Your order
- When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there's a pricing error or we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.
Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. The item becomes yours, and your responsibility, once it's delivered.
Refunds and cancellations
- Our Refund Policy explains how to get a refund. In short: email us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund you without you needing to send anything back.
- You also have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery, and to a repair, replacement or refund if an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. These rights apply whatever our Refund Policy says.
Our responsibility to you
- If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result of it.
- We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses: our products are for personal use only.
- Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Events outside our control
We're not responsible for delays caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, extreme weather or strikes. If this happens, we'll let you know and do what we can to sort it out. If the delay is long, you can cancel and we'll refund you.
Your information
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our site when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
