Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery costs

- Free delivery on orders over £50.
- £3.95 on orders under £50.

You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Orders usually arrive within 5–7 working days of being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Your order may be sent from one of our partner warehouses, so if you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at hi@getkalvoria.com and we'll do our best to change it before your order is sent.

Late or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, email hi@getkalvoria.com with your order number. We'll track it down, and if it's lost we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 60 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Customs and duties

All orders are delivered within the UK, so there are no extra customs charges.
